SEPTA, the City of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) heard from you that 49th Street, Lindberg Boulevard, Grays Avenue, and connecting streets need aggressive change to make the roads safer for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and drivers. Your ideas to slow vehicular speeds, improve pedestrian crossings, and upgrade trolley stations were used to develop the final roadway design for the Blossom at Bartram! Complete Streets Project.
