The Family Practice & Counseling Network (FPCN), a program of Resources for Human Development, (RHD) will hold its annual Community Celebration at the Health Annex clinic on Saturday, June 24th from 12-4 p.m. The clinic, located in Southwest Philadelphia, has been serving the community for over 15 years. It recently reopened in January 2023 after undergoing renovations. The Health Annex provides integrated primary care, behavioral health, and dental health services, turning no one away, regardless of the ability to pay.
Community members are invited to stop by the Health Annex clinic where FPCN will offer FREE goods and services, including health screenings and COVID-19 testing. FPCN will also debut its new Wellness on Wheels (WOW) mobile clinic, providing “Care Wherever You Are.” Additionally, the community can expect giveaways, supplies for women and children from local partners, community resources, and more!
