Members of the Neighborhood Advisory Committee Sub-Committee (NAS) are elected by residents in Southwest CDC’s Service Area which includes zip codes 19142, 19153 and parts of 19143. The NAS meets once a month to discuss issues they see in the Community and brainstorm strategies to address these concerns. Interested candidates must submit their Nomination forms no later than September 11th at 5:00 p.m. The NAS Election will be held September 14, 2023, at Southwest Community Development Community, 6328 Paschall Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 215-729-0800.
