As part of Pres. Joe Biden’s commitment to expand COVID-19 protection, his Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will open a mass coronavirus vaccination clinic at the Pennsylvania Convention Center as early as March 3 according to a White House release today. The target will be vaccinations for about 6000 persons a day according to a statement by Health Commissioner Thomas Farley.
