Pandemic Cash Assistance is Back

Pandemic relief

Pandemic relief payments are back for former foster care youth. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government has given Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services (DHS) money to help current and former foster care youth. The cash assistance program provides a one-time payment of $800. After you fill out the survey, someone from Valley Youth House will contact you. To qualify you must have been in foster care while you were at least 14 years old and now be 18 to 22 years old or a parent between the ages of 14 and 17.

If you think that you may qualify for these relief payments, please fill out this survey:https://www.cognitoforms.com/ESC22/OlderYouthPandemicReliefPayments
