As part of SEPTA’s 12-year capital investment program, they are making stations accessible, acquiring new vehicles, investing in communications, and upgrading services for their buses, Metro, and rail.

SEPTA trolleys are currently not accessible to people with disabilities. SEPTA aims to make riding trolleys accessible, fast, and easy. Renovations are needed to remove barriers to access for all riders—those with disabilities, seniors, small children, and their families.
