On Friday April 8, 2022 Paschalville Library launched a free event for residents of Southwest Philly. The (Water) Ice Cream Social features free books, snacks, music, games, and of course, water ice! Paschalville library invites Southwest Philly residents to join us every 3rd Friday from 2pm – 4pm on the front lawn to enjoy the festivities. We hope to see you there!
