The National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC) is partnering with Empowered CDC, Inc. to conduct a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, December 11th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Francis Myers Recreation Center in Southwest Philadelphia. NNCC/Empowered CDC, Inc. will be able to provide vaccinations, boosters, and blood pressure checks to individuals who attend.
