The Common Place provides fresh produce, pantry staples, and essential food items. When available, they also distribute toiletries and clothing to those in need. Some of the fresh produce comes from their own gardens.
Shepherds Food Pantry

Free food is handed out. Come and get the finest meats, fruits, and vegetables. There is even clothing given away and toys for tots during Christmas. All are welcome; even if you are not a member of the church. The food pantry is for the community.

Come purchase fresh, chemical-free inspirited locally grown produce straight from Sankofa Community Farm every Thursday at our 54th & Lindbergh Boulevard entrance, now through mid-November!
Come purchase fresh, chemical-free, inspired produce grown right on Sankofa Community Farm every first and third Saturday at the Clark Park Farmers’ Market, now through mid-November from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
EBT, cash, WIC Farmers Market vouchers, and Senior vouchers are all accepted methods of payment (standard retail WIC vouchers are not accepted).
