The Cobbs Creek Community Greening Plan Steering Committee is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and planning firms to help develop a community-led greening plan for Cobbs Creek Park, its trail system, and surrounding neighborhoods in West and Southwest Philadelphia.

The plan will focus on:

  • Restoring and protecting the park and watershed

  • Improving park access and maintenance

  • Expanding environmental education and programming

  • Strengthening community stewardship

The selected consultant will work with residents, community organizations, and City agencies to develop a plan that identifies priority projects, funding opportunities, and strategies for long-term implementation.

The project is supported by funding from the William Penn Foundation, with Clean Air Council and the Water Center at Penn serving as administrative partners.
